In the aftermath of Liverpool’s 2-0 defeat to Everton in the Merseyside Derby, Jurgen Klopp, the team’s manager, remains steadfast in his belief that they can mount a comeback and emerge victorious in the Premier League.

Despite the setback, Klopp refuses to discount their chances of winning the title in what is expected to be his final season at the helm.

Reflecting on the current scenario, the former Borussia Dortmund head coach expressed cautious optimism, acknowledging the challenge posed by league leaders Arsenal and Manchester City.

“While it may seem improbable for us to clinch the championship at this point, I am not discouraged by the standings. Every game brings new opportunities,” Klopp commented during an interview with TNT Sports.

Looking ahead, Klopp emphasized the importance of focusing on each upcoming match and staying competitive until the final whistle of the season.

Discussing the potential scenarios, Klopp highlighted the slim chances of both Arsenal and City faltering, juxtaposed with Liverpool’s ability to string together a series of victories.

“The odds may not be in our favor right now, but history has shown that anything is possible in football. We have to remain vigilant and ready to seize any chances that come our way,” Klopp added.
