In September, Benjamin Hundeyin, the public relations officer for the state police, indicated that the autopsy had been concluded and they were awaiting the result. Subsequently, Mohbad’s death was linked to several prime suspects, including the then-Commissioner of Police Idowu Owohunwa, who stated that the late musician had experienced symptoms following injections from nurse Feyisayo Ogedemgbe.
The state Police Command recently released singers Naira Marley and Sam Larry after they met their bail conditions. The release occurred amid inquiries into Mohbad’s death, sparked by online footage showing the late singer being assaulted.
Responding to the query about the release of Mohbad’s autopsy report, Hundeyin stated that the report had not been officially received by the command. He emphasized the need for the report to be given to them officially, rather than relying on rumors.
