Allegation: Mohbad’s father holding back his body for burial, mother says

She stated that Mohbad’s corpse was released after the completion of the autopsy by the police-appointed pathologist, emphasizing her plea to demand the release of her son’s body.
According to her, she had appealed to the father on multiple occasions, but he has refused to allow the burial of MohBad’s body.
In her emotional appeal, she urged youths and friends to intervene in the situation as the matter was becoming unbearable for her, revealing that Mohbad’s body has been wandering around since it was released, causing her great distress.
Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer, had previously stated that nobody should collect his son’s body for burial without his authorization, warning that he should be the one to authorize any actions regarding his son’s body.
It has been two months since the exhumation of Mohbad’s corpse and commencement of the autopsy to unravel the cause of his death. The death of Mohbad on September 12 had sparked controversies, leading the police to set up an investigative team to determine the cause of his demise.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, previously disclosed that the autopsy report was awaited and that the police had not officially received it.
