The defense counsel questioned the witness on his ability to identify the defendants and requested clarification on his previous statements. The prosecution counsel also re-examined the witness and requested a witness summons for Femi Onamade.

The judge then issued the witness summons for Femi Onamade and adjourned the matter until Feb. 19, 2024, for the continuation of the trial. In a previous court hearing on April 6, it was alleged that the suspects also cut off the wrist of Femi Onamade, the younger brother to Tosin Onamade.
