Landlord in Lagos Sentenced to Life Imprisonment for Defiling Tenant’s Children

Ambrose was found guilty of inserting fingers into the private parts of his tenant’s children, aged seven and 11, and was charged with four counts of sexual assault by penetration and indecent treatment of a child.

Judge Abiola Soladoye described the landlord as a “dirty old man” who had touched the breasts of the survivors and sentenced him to life imprisonment for counts one and two, while counts three and four carried seven years each.

Furthermore, the statement noted that Ambrose’s name will be registered in the Sexual Offenders Register maintained by Lagos State.
