According to INEC, it acknowledges the receipt of the application for the certification of documents from the LP and has been in active correspondence with them. The electoral body informed the LP that the legal department will estimate the certification cost of all 33 items they requested.
INEC emphasized its commitment to fulfilling the requests of political parties, stating, “Management clearly understands the right of parties to request for CTC of documents and would work assiduously to issue them.”
It’s worth noting that INEC declared Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Party as the winner of the November 11 governorship polls in Imo state.
