Akor Emerges as Montpellier’s Player of the Month in Ligue 1

According to NewsNow, Jerome Akor has been chosen as the Montpellier Player of the Month for October.
During the month, the 23-year-old scored four goals in three league matches for La Paillade.
Akor outplayed Joris Chotard and Mousa Tamari to secure the award.
So far this season, the Nigerian striker has scored seven goals in nine league appearances for Montpellier.
Last weekend, he scored a brace in Montpellier’s 3-0 victory against Toulouse.
Akor joined Montpellier from Norwegian club Lillestrom in the summer.
He previously represented Nigeria at the U-20 level.
