28-Man Provisional Squad Announced by Zimbabwe for Super Eagles Clash in 2026 WCQ

The provisional squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Rwanda and Nigeria has been revealed by Zimbabwe’s head coach, Baltemar Brito.
On November 15, the Warriors will face Rwanda at the Huye Stadium.
Four days later, Brito’s team will host the Super Eagles at the same venue.
The squad primarily consists of foreign-based professionals.
Before the qualifiers, Brito organized a four-day camp last month to evaluate the players.
During this time, the coach and his staff conducted comprehensive training sessions with 20 players, which also included a training game against a select team from the Northern region soccer league.
Zimbabwe has never participated in the World Cup.
