Tinubu appoints new NDDC board and management, with Chiedu Ebie as chairman

President Bola Tinubu has announced the selection of individuals to fill important positions within the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). The appointments were made known through a statement released by Ajuri Ngelale, who serves as the spokesperson for the President. In this announcement on Tuesday, it was revealed that Chiedu Ebie from Delta State has been chosen as the chairman of the NDDC board.
Furthermore, the management team will be led by Samuel Ogbuku from Bayelsa State, who will take on the role of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Joining him on the management team are several executive directors, each with specific responsibilities. Boma Iyaye from Rivers State will be in charge of overseeing finance and administrative matters, while Victor Antai, also from Rivers State, will be responsible for project-related affairs. Lastly, Ifedayo Abegunde from Ondo State will take charge of corporate services within the NDDC.

Victor Kolade Akinjo – State Representative (Ondo)
Dimgba Eruba – State Representative (Abia)
Asu Oku Okang – State Representative (Cross River)
Nick Wende – Zonal Representative (north-central)
Namdas Abdulrazak – Zonal Representative (north-east)
Ibrahim Abdullahi Gobir – Zonal Representative (north-west)
The president asked the new board and management team to work in line with his renewed hope agenda.
